Spring LineUp, Avington Park, Hampshire | Mon 31st March 2025

We are pleased to be hosting this invitation-only interiors networking event at the historic Avington Park near Winchester, Hampshire. This beautiful 16th century English Grade 1 country house and estate was once home to the Dukes of Buckingham.  The event will be held in Otters Barn on the estate.

LineUp networking events are intended as a time and cost-efficient alternative to individual supplier meetings - you will see multiple interior designers in one day, saving significant time, travel and money when compared to arranging individual supplier meetings. This is not an exhibition and does not require extensive set up.  You will be allocated one six foot uncovered trestle table on which to display your collection as you wish.  

Interior designers will benefit from a significant time saving by fitting many supplier meetings into one day at a convenient location.  This location has been chosen according to a heat map of designer locations.  

SPACES AVAILABLE:  up to 10 suppliers,

SPACE: one 6' trestle table or equivalent floor space.

CATERING:   light food, coffee and tea will be supplied throughout the day for suppliers and visitors.

TIMES:  set up from 8am / doors open 10am - 4pm.

LOCATION: Avington Park is near Winchester, Hampshire.  The What3Words is: ///imported.messaging.kingdom.

ACCOMMODATION:  there is en-suite accommodation available at Avington in a mixture of cabins, lodges and lofts from £150/night for both Sunday and Monday nights as required.  Alternatively, local hotels can be found here.  Please contact Katie at Avington by email quoting the LineUp Event.  

DINNER:  we are planning to book a table at Avington's own pub, The Chestnut Horse in Easton, on the Sunday night before this LineUp. Please let us know by email whether you would like to join us.  Payment for dinner will be split bill on the night.
