Spring LineUp, Wraxall Vineyard, Somerset | Thurs 27th February 2025

We are delighted to be hosting this invitation-only interiors networking event at the beautiful Wraxall Vineyard near Castle Cary in the heart of Somerset.  This LineUp will be held in The View, an architect-designed event space nestled in the vineyards at Wraxall.  The location has been chosen for its proximity to many West Country designers and also because of the architecturally interesting venue.  The View was designed by multi-award winning RIBA architects Orme Architecture. 

LineUp networking events are intended as a time and cost-efficient alternative to individual supplier meetings - you will see multiple interior designers in one day, saving significant time, travel and money. This is not an exhibition and does not require extensive set up.  You will be allocated one six foot uncovered trestle table on which to display your collection as you wish. 

Interior designers in turn will benefit from a significant time saving by fitting many supplier meetings into one day at a convenient location.  This location has been chosen according to a heat map of designer locations.  

SPACES AVAILABLE:  up to 7 suppliers.

SPACE: one 6' trestle table (or equivalent floor space) for display of your collection.

TIMES:  set up from 8am / doors open 10am - 4pm.

CATERING:  light food, coffee and tea will be supplied throughout the day for suppliers and visitors.

ACCOMMODATION:  there is cottage accommodation (some shared) available at Wraxall Vineyard for Weds 26th Feb, the night before this LineUp, and for Thursday 27th if you would like to stay for the night after the event.  This should be booked directly with Wraxall and is available on a first come, first served basis.  Other hotel accommodation can be found here. 

LINEUP DINNER: we are planning to hold a supplier dinner at The View on Wednesday 26th February.  Please let us know by email whether you would like to join us.  Payment for dinner will be split bill on the night.
