Reserve your supplier space at our exclusive trade clearance sale in the heart of Chelsea.

We are delighted to invite you to take part in the annual LineUp Clearance Sale in the Main Hall at Chelsea Old Town Hall, one of London's most handsome Victorian civic buildings, perfectly situated in the heart of central London.

This is an opportunity to clear sale stock directly to an engaged audience of interior designers, design enthusiasts, and members of the public - all in one efficient day.  Entrance for visitors is free of charge. 

A Simple, Effective Format

Each participating supplier receives three 6-foot trestle tables arranged in an L-shape, giving you a generous and flexible display footprint to present your clearance stock as you wish. There are just 10 supplier spaces available, keeping the sale intimate, well-curated and easy for visitors to navigate.  If you require more selling space you can book up to a maximum of 2 spaces.  Spaces are booked on a first come, first served basis.  

What's Included

• Three 6-foot trestle tables in an L-shape configuration with 12-foot frontage
• Hall hire, security, and a promotional banner displayed on the street outside the hall

Marketing

We ask that all participating suppliers commit to promoting the sale across their own social media platforms in the run-up to the event.  We are not budgeting for marketing the event so the more noise we make together, the better the footfall for everyone.

Event Schedule

• Load in: From 8.30am from the rear entrance of Chelsea Old Town Hall
• Sale open to visitors: 10am – 4pm
• Breakdown: From 4pm
• Hall closes: 6pm
