We are delighted to host this invitation-only interiors networking event at the stunning Hutton Wandesley Stables near York. The York family has meticulously transformed their historic stable block and barn into a state-of-the-art event space, creating the perfect setting for meaningful business connections across northern England's design community.

Our event takes place in the magnificent Botanicum event barn, which overlooks Sasha York's breathtaking walled garden - created over three years and followed by thousands on Instagram @sashinthegarden our event takes place when the garden is at its peak. This inspirational setting provides designers with both networking opportunities and creative inspiration in one exceptional location.

Drawing from an extensive catchment area spanning Cumbria, Lancashire, Northumberland, County Durham, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and Lincolnshire, this strategically chosen venue is easily accessible across multiple counties and has an established reputation for attracting visitors from considerable distances.

LineUp networking events offer a time and cost-efficient alternative to individual supplier meetings. In one carefully structured day, you will connect with multiple interior designers, significantly reducing the time, travel costs, and logistical complexity of arranging individual meetings across northern England's vast geographical area.

Simple Setup, Maximum Impact

This is not an exhibition requiring extensive preparation. Each participating brand receives one six-foot table or equivalent floor space to display their collection as desired, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than complex installations.

Additional Catering - £35 per person Your table booking includes comprehensive catering for one person throughout the day. Additional catering for extra team members can be booked.

On-Site Accommodation - £150 per room per night Experience the full Hutton Wandesley experience with luxury on-site accommodation. Eleven beautiful en-suite bedrooms are available at reduced rates for the nights of 23rd and/or 24th June.

Alternative Accommodation York city center offers numerous hotel options and is conveniently close to the venue.

Suppliers' Dinner - 23rd June We will be holding an optional dinner for suppliers on Wednesday evening, 23rd June at Hutton Wandesley - a perfect opportunity for extended networking in relaxed surroundings.
